When you meet them, it doesn't take long to see it. Brent Robison and Kent Sorensen are men who value simple, yet important things: family, friends and community. For these business partners, family and faith is the foundation of their lives. Their friends are cherished treasures. Their community is more than the place they live; it's where they invest their hearts and work hard to make a difference. If you are looking for Brent & Kent's description of what's most meaningful to them, look no further than their loved ones—spending time with family and friends is what the good life is all about.

Not the Same Old Song and Dance

Brent always enjoyed dancing and acting, and received his degree in theater and speech from the University of Utah while serving in the National Guard. While on the U of U student board he became the representative for all of the college's dance groups. During college, he toured with the USO, performed, and directed "Carousel" for the LDS Church June Conference and was President of Mormon Youth Chorus.

While theater arts are his passion, Brent is a caring businessman by nature. As past Vice-President of the mortgage, construction, and development divisions of a bank, Brent gained a thorough knowledge of the industry. Since 1988 he has been the principle broker of his own real estate company, specializing in residential and new construction.

Picture Perfect

Kent shares Brent's artistic demeanor, and expresses it in his craftsmanship. He enjoys picture framing, woodworking, and tending to his garden. After utilizing his degree in business administration and working for several years as a marketing director for a popular local restaurant chain, a savings and loan and the LDS Church's publication/distribution departments, his entrepreneurial side took hold. Kent then turned his creative eye and skill with his hands into a new career and opened a shop specializing in picture framing.

The Robison Family

Brent & Kent place a priority on family and no matter what they do, it's always better when they are all together.

The Sorensen Family

Though most of Kent's very successful framing business consisted of production for the wholesale market, he truly loved doing custom work for several of his customers. It wasn't long before he focused more of his energy on this aspect of the business before teaming up with Brent in 1993, and enjoys custom framing today as a hobby.

A Zest for Life

The common thread that connects Brent & Kent—aside from their shared sense of humor, family values, love of helping people, creativity and work ethic—is their obvious zest for life and enthusiasm for their careers. As a team of real estate professionals serving the Wasatch Front, Brent & Kent work together with the spirit of their shared values and a genuine caring demeanor to answer specifically to the wishes of the empty nester community.
